One of the joys of old cine film is to come across cinematograher's home movies. These provide a lovely personalised view of life at a given time and place. As well as frecording amily scenes and events, the home movies of holidays often show locations before the influx of mass tourism. One of the nicest I have seen is this 16mm home movie of the Caribbean (Barbados, Antigua and St vincent) filmed around 1960. This film is very nicely edited with captions describing the locations filmed.
